By using AdPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AdPilot is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses create and launch advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). The service operates through a Telegram bot interface.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your advertising campaigns
• You must comply with Meta's advertising policies and community standards
• You must have the rights to advertise the products or services you promote
• You are responsible for your Meta ad account and any charges incurred
• You must not use the service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful advertising

4. AI-Generated Content

AdPilot uses AI models (Claude, Gemini, GPT-4) to generate advertising copy. While we apply quality filters and review criteria, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be approved by Meta or achieve specific advertising results.

5. Meta Integration

By connecting your Meta account, you authorize AdPilot to create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through Meta's settings or by contacting our support.

6. Limitation of Liability

AdPilot provides the service "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Advertising results, ROI, or campaign performance
• Meta account bans or policy violations resulting from your campaigns
• Losses due to AI-generated content that does not meet Meta's policies
• Interruptions in service due to third-party API unavailability

7. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Ad spend goes directly to Meta — AdPilot does not process or handle your advertising budget.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
